Shipping Policy

How research materials are dispatched, packaged, and tracked, and what to expect for timing, customs, and delivery confirmation.

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Dispatch times

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one to three working days of confirmation. Local Costa del Sol orders may be arranged for same-day or next-day handover by appointment.

2. Carriers and tracking

Shipments use insured courier services appropriate to the destination. A tracking reference is shared as soon as the parcel is collected. Delivery windows vary by region but are typically:

  • Spain (mainland): 1–3 working days
  • European Union: 2–5 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3–6 working days
  • Rest of world: 5–14 working days

3. Packaging

Materials are dispatched in discreet, temperature-aware packaging suitable for laboratory reference compounds. No promotional or product-identifying markings are visible on the outer carton.

4. Customs, duties and import

The recipient is responsible for understanding and complying with their jurisdiction's import rules for laboratory research materials, and for any duties, taxes, or fees levied at import. Orders refused at customs are treated under the Refund Policy as undelivered shipments.

5. Address accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addressing.

6. Loss, damage, or delay

If a parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
